The warranty period is 12 months. During this period, technical support is provided and new parts can be replaced for free (customers are responsible for delivery costs).
How long is the typical delivery time?
Generally, it takes 3 to 7 working days after receiving advance payment. The specific time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Do you test all products before delivery?
Yes, we conduct 100% testing on all goods before they are dispatched to ensure quality and safety.
What is the difference between a Movable Charger and a Wallbox Charger?
Beyond the appearance, the main difference is the protection level: wallbox chargers are typically IP54/IP65 (suitable for outdoors), while movable chargers may have lower ratings (IP43) not suitable for use in rain.
Can you produce chargers based on specific samples?
Yes, we can produce according to your samples or technical drawings. We have the capability to build custom molds and fixtures.
What are the terms of payment for orders?
Our standard terms are T/T 50% as a deposit and 50% before delivery. Photos of products and packages are provided before the final balance is paid.
